It’s time for Saturday Stretch & Sip with Social Emotional Yoga!
We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help you to find your bliss. With the rave reviews from our inaugrual session, we’re happy to announce that Stretch & Sip yoga will now be a monthly event! Please join us every 3rd Saturday for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Sessions include:
1 hour of instructor led yoga

1 bottle of water
