Presented by Reach Out & Read Kansas City (ROR-KC), traditionally Books on Tap invites professionals to attend its annual cocktail party with a purpose . This year’s fall fundraiser is going virtual with party-at home-packages and a silent auction. 100% of proceeds from Books on Tap goes towards the ROR-KC books and programming to low-income families located throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area.

Each year, ROR-KC provides more than 83,000 new, culturally and developmentally appropriate books to 30,000 low-income children, birth to age 5, during well-child visits at 50 partner clinic sites. This builds a 15-book library for each child before they enter kindergarten.
